SHIPPING INFORMATION 

There are a few options for shipping: 

  • Thin package – £3.50 
  • Small Package – £4.50 
  • Next day delivery – £11.50 

ALL ORDERS WILL BE POSTED THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be posted First thing Monday morning.  

Your KraftsByKiah order will be personally packaged using recycled materials where possible. It will then be ready for shipping using Royal Mail’s 2nd class signed for service, after it has been processed. This service ensures your parcel arrives, through a signature on delivery. This does not, however, include end-to-end tracking. If you require tracking, please select the Next Day Delivery option on check out. 

All parcels will be shipped the next working day with the exception of back orders. If you have back ordered an item, please allow extra time in the processing stage as it will need to be physically created in the KraftsByKiah workshop before it is packaged and ready for shipping.  

Your shipping price is determined by the size of the products in your order (and of course a little bit extra to cover the packaging costs). The highest value of shipping (£4.50) will automatically be selected as and when a larger item is added to the basket. All smaller items will cost £3.50 as they would fit into the measurements and weight bracket of a Royal Mail Large Letter.  

Selecting the next day delivery option, means the item will be processed as a priority in the KraftsByKiah workshop, and shipped the next day using Royal Mail’s next day delivery method, ready for arrival at your door the following day.  

Although I can guarantee when your order is posted from our end, I cannot promise when you will receive your package due to the current COVID climate we are all still living in. Please be patient, and allow Royal Mail a little extra time to get your package to you. If, however, in the unfortunate event your parcel could go missing in transit, please contact me through email on [email protected] and I will do my best to find out what has happened to your parcel!  

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

If your order has unfortunately been damaged through transit, please contact me on [email protected] with photographic evidence. From there we can discuss the next steps which will include you sending the package back to the workshop, when on arrival, you will receive a full refund including covering the postage.

If you have received your order and are unhappy with it, you can of course return it. This will, however, be at your own postage cost. Again, contact me via email on [email protected] with your reasoning and when the products have arrived safely back to the KraftsByKiah workshop, you will receive your refund.
